Modern Eve

Modern Eve is a mental health practice in Sandy, Utah, offering specialized therapy for eating disorders, complex PTSD, religious trauma, couples counseling, and body image issues. Our licensed therapists work with teens 13 and up, adults, and LGBTQ+ clients using evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and trauma-informed care. We also treat anxiety, ADHD, and faith transitions. Care here is weight-neutral and built on radical self-acceptance rather than fixing you. We accept SelectHealth, Aetna, University of Utah Health Plans, EMI Health, HMHI, and DMBA. In-person sessions in Sandy and telehealth across Utah.
