Our program is focused on where the patient is in their recovery without judgment. Our goal is to work closely with patients to ensure a seamless continuum of care for individuals who may benefit from our style of outpatient services, follow-up assessments, and ongoing support after completing our intensive treatment program. At SunCross Foundation, we believe that every individual deserves the chance to live a life free from the chains of addiction. As a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance abuse, we have made it our mission to provide the people of Fresno with the resources and support they need for long-lasting recovery and renewed purpose.
